On paper, the Clippers are better as they have more noted superstars on the team. However, they are missing Blake Griffin and the Celtics have proven that they do not need a notable star to get wins as they have been very impressive so far this season.
The Clippers have turned things around and are one of the best teams in the league at the moment. They seem to have found their rhythm and with a floor general like Chris Paul, the team is certainly doing the right things at the moment.
They certainly miss Griffin on the line-up but even without the forward, the Clippers have managed to play well and get the wins they need.
On the other hand, the Celtics are one of the biggest surprises of the season as they have continued to rack up wins despite lacking the big-named players.
Isaiah Thomas has been named an All-Star, but the Celtics have benefitted from excellent team play as they have gotten over 30 wins this season and with a lot of basketball still left to play.
They are hoping that they can continue this run and beat big teams like the Clippers as they try to lock-up a high place for the playoffs later on in the season.
