'Brooklyn Nine-Nine' Season 3 Episode 9 Spoilers: An International Case for Jake and Rosa

The upcoming episode of "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" is expected to bring the team back to their roots, as well as present a first for two of the officers.

According to TV Guide, the upcoming episode will be titled "The Swedes." Episode 9 of "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" is expected to see Jake, played by Andy Samberg, and Rosa, played by Stephanie Beatrix, tackle their first international case.

The Swedish police will be arriving to the city, seeking their help. With that, the two will be gearing up for some competition. Jake and Rosa will be at each other's throats as they beat each other to solve the case.

As for the rest of the group, it was reported that Gina, played by Chelsea Peretti, will be going to Amy, played by Melissa Fumero, and Terry, Terry Crews, for help as she prepares for a test. Apparently, she will be taking a high stake test that will help her with her career. As for Captain Holt, he will be having his annual squash tournament. It was said that he will be getting Charlie as his partner because his original partner could not make it.

According to TV.com, the synopsis for "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" season 3 episode 9 reads, "Jake and Rosa are forced to work with Swedish cops in order to solve an international case; and Amy and Terry offer to help Gina prepare for a test. Meanwhile, Holt enlists Charles to be his squash partner for an annual tournament."

However, the upcoming episode will not be as chaotic as the previous episode, which had an Internet fiasco that led residents to manage paperwork manually. In addition, Jake was also left to deal with delivering Sharon's 14-pound baby while the others were out solving a murder case.

"Brooklyn Nine-Nine" season 3 episode 9 is expected to air on FOX this Dec. 6.
