Caitlyn and Kris Jenner News: Caitlyn Apologizes to Ex Wife

On Sunday's episode of "I Am Cait," exes Caitlyn Jenner and Kris Jenner talked about their relationship for the past years and in what could be one of the most sincere moments in the reality show, former Bruce apologized to his ex wife of over 20 years.

According to U.S.A Today, the conversation started with the former couple talking about the issues at home that was left for Kris to take care of now that Caitlyn is busy with her own reality show and her transformation.

Kris first reminded Cait that Lamar Odom, Khloé Kardashian's ex beau, is still sick and Kourtney Kardashian is still struggling with her recent split from Scott Disick.

In the middle of the conversation, Caitlyn mentioned that she has just received her driver's license. From there on, Kris' eyes kept on widening as Cait explained that she changed her name and gender on her driver's license and her birth certificate.

"Wait a second...does this mean that he didn't exist if you changed the birth certificate? Wait, was I ever married? Was I legally married?" Kris asked. For a couple of seconds, Caitlyn was silent and didn't seem to know what to say. However, Cait finally found the right words to say and said, "I think over the last couple of years you were frustrated with me. I was frustrated with myself. And, so I just want to apologize."

To lighten up the intense atmosphere, Cait dropped a bomb that caught Kris off guard. According to Perez Hilton, Cait said, "Maybe at some point we'll renew our vows." Kris seemed to take the joke heartily as she asked if she'd get another diamond. As expected, Caitlyn said she will need one too.

According to E! News, the episode also featured Caitlyn partying with her squad for Thanksgiving celebrations and during that time, she told her friends that she was finally able to apologize to his ex wife for all the things that occurred over the past few years of their relationship.

"I Am Cait" airs every Sunday on E!
