CES 2016 Will Be a Star-Studded Event: Celebrities to Watch Out for in Las Vegas
The CES 2016, which is touted as the world's biggest electronics trade show, just got bigger, thanks to the Hollywood stars and other personalities that are expected to make an appearance during the event.
In a press release, the Consumer Technology Association, which owns and produces CES 2016, stated that alongside the new technology and products that will debut in Las Vegas will be TV personalities, celebrity chefs, professional athletes, Hollywood stars, and more.
First off, there's Ryan Seacrest who will participate in the Entertainment Summit, along with iHeartMedia's Bob Pittman. The summit hosted by Variety will be held on Jan. 7 at the LVCC, North Hall, Room N258.
Actresses Christina Milian and Jenny McCarthy will also be at the CES 2016. McCarthy will be at the FCA Uconnect booth (#3534) at the LVCC, Norh Hall on Jan. 7 from 1 to 3:30 p.m. to sign autographs. Meanwhile, Milian will be at the Monster booth (#9405) at LVCC, Central Hall on the following day, Jan. 8, from 12 to 3 p.m.
Penn Jillette will be at Withings' booth (#74300) on Jan. 7. The celebrity magician will be there to reveal secrets of his recent weight loss.
Celebrity Chef Morimoto, along with Nick Cannon, will be at the C Space Storyteller conference at ARIA, Level 1, Pinyon 5, on Jan. 5 and Jan. 6, respectively. Another celebrity chef, this time Dana Cohen who was a finalist in "Hell's Kitchen" season 10, will be doing a cooking demonstration at Haier America's booth (#12814) at LVCC, Central Hall on from Jan. 6 to Jan 8.
Meanwhile, Daymond John from ABC's "Shark Tank" will be a panelist at the Making Disney Magic: Connecting Digital and Physical Worlds SuperSession on Jan. 7 at LVCC, North Hall, Room N257.
Shaquille O'Neal in his role as an analyst for Turner Sports will be at the Tech Investing in Sports conference on Jan. 7 at the Venetian, Level 2, Hall D. He will be joined by Mark Cuban, owner of Dallas Mavericks. O'Neal will also be with Ernie Johnson, Charles Barkley, and Kenny Smith in the NBA on TNT Live Broadcast happening on the same date.
Former NBA players Larry Johnson, Larry Nance, and Adonal Foyle will be at the ZTE booth located in LVCC, South Hall 3, #31706 between Jan. 6 and 8. ZTE will also display the NBA National Championship trophy in its booth on Jan. 7.
Meanwhile, NBA commissioner Adam Silver, along with MLB commissioner Robert Manfred, will participate in The Commissioner's Panel on Sports and Technology on Jan. 7 at Venetian, Level 2, Hall D.
The Under Armour booth (#74316) at Sands, Hall C will have many athletes, including NFL players Tony Romo and Deion Sanders, Olympian Michael Phelps, baseball stars Buster Posey and Cal Ripken Jr., mixed martial artist Georges St-Pierre, and gymnasts Nastia Liukin, Jake Dalton, and Brandon Wynn.
Over at Fitbit's booth (#74108) in Sands, Halls C, NFL legend Tony Gonzalez will also be available for photos on Jan. 6 from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m.
YouTube celebrities Justine Ezarik (iJustine) and Joey Graceffa will be Ambassadors for the Entertainment Matters program.
Dr. Deepak Chopra of The Chopra Foundation will be at the Harnessing the Power: Precision Medicine and Genomics on Jan 7 at Venetian, Level 4, Lando 4303.
CES 2016 is scheduled to run from Jan. 6 to 9, 2016 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
