Charlie Sheen Slams Ashton Kutcher for 'Men' Role

Charlie Sheen took aim at his replacement on "Two and a Half Men" Ashton Kutcher once again with an insult posted to Twitter this week.

The 48-year-old actor was fired from "Men" in 2010 after a public meltdown and feud with the show's creator, Chuck Lorre.

Ever since, Sheen has berated Kutcher as well as remaining "Men" star Jon Cryer, with the latest from the actor posted to Twitter on Sunday.

"hey Jon!!! U r a GENIUS!!! I effin love and MISS YOU old pal," the actor began along with a photo taken of his television while a CBS promo for "Two and a Half Men" ran of Kutcher and Cryer.

"Q; who's your lame side-kik," Sheen added. "#NiceTryCanonBoy"

One day later, Sheen issues a back-handed apology.

"Hey relax everyone," he wrote on Twitter. "Read the hashtag! Oh and Jon I'm so sorry I insulted your sidekick I meant REALLY lame #hyLmn."

Meanwhile, Sheen was fired from "Men" after his longstanding battle with drugs and alcohol abuse caused delays in the show's production, resulting in dissatisfaction among the cast and crew.

Kutcher made his debut on "Men" as Walden Schmidt in 2011.

This week's comments were not Sheen's first jab at Kutcher. In February 2012, Sheen said during a live interview that Kutcher "sucked."

"I'm tired of lying. I'm tired of pretending the show doesn't suck," he said during an interview with TMZ. "I'm tired of pretending Ashton doesn't suck. It's nothing personal."

Shortly thereafter, Sheen posted a message on his website entitled, "Dear Ashton- my bad. I was disrespectful to a man doing his best."

Sheen's attacks did not end there. The actor also dissed Lorre.

"I don't think that [Kutcher's] working with the best writing because [producer] Chuck [Lorre] is doing too many shows," he told the New York Post back in 2012. "He and Jon [Cryer] and Angus [T. Jones] deserve better material."
