Chelsea vs Tottenham (Spurs) Live Stream: Watch Online Premier League Football (7.45AM ET)
Chelsea will head to White Hart Lane on Saturday to face a Tottenham Hotspur led by former Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas.
With both teams welcoming players back from the international break it will be interesting how players adjust after participating for their respective national team duties.
Villas-Boas will hope to get Spurs striker and Welsh international Gareth Bale as many opportunities in front of goal as possible after his impressive display for Wales during the international break.
He will also want to give equal chances to Jermain Defoe in order to test Chelsea's back line which is one of the best in the Premiership. The English striker already has six goals this season and will look to add to that tally on Saturday.
Roberto Di Matteo and Chelsea will look to expand on their lead in the Premier league, but history will not be on their side given that the Blues have not won at White Hart Lane in over seven years.
Chelsea is one of two unbeaten teams with six victories and only one draw. They are in first place in the league and have a four point lead over their next closest competitors, Manchester United and Manchester City - the other unbeaten club.
Chelsea have also won five matches in a row in all competitions after falling behind early before overwhelming Norwich City in a 4-1 thumping at Stamford Bridge Oct. 6.
"I was hoping for a good start and the response we got from the players was excellent," Di Matteo told the team's official website.
"Every win brings that positive mood into the camp, and helps build momentum…We were very pleased to go into the league and start well. We felt we needed a good start, but that's all it is, a good start," he added.
Tottenham will also be looking for revenge against Chelsea due to the fact that it was effectively Chelsea who stopped Spurs from qualifying for this year's Champions League - by the Blues winning the Champions League in May they took Spurs' place in the tournament.
Kick-off for the match is at 7:45 a.m. ET and can be watched online here.
