That's not to say the Blackhawks didn't huff and puff – they put together 28 shots throughout Game 3, but were still unable to find a way through and ended up firing blanks all night long.

The Blackhawks will be hoping that front man Marian Hossa can come back into the side tonight for Game 4 and help them level up the series again. Hossa took part in the warm ups for Game 3 but come game time he was left on the sidelines due to injury. Ben Smith was drafted in, but he was unable to penetrate the Bruins' backline.

If the Blackhawks lose tonight they will find themselves 3-1 down and facing the door. It makes their challenge even more daunting seeing as they are on the road again in Boston. That's an even more difficult prospect given that the Blackhawks' on the road record in the Playoffs is just 3-5. That coupled with the fact that the Bruins are solid at the TD Garden, means that Chicago are right up against it tonight, The Bruins have won seven straight games at home, and they will be desperate to extend that to eight tonight and be on the verge of the Stanley Cup title.
