Chris Brown Seizure: Cause Revealed?

Chris Brown, the 24-year-old singer-songwriter, reportedly suffered from a seizure Friday and the cause may have been revealed recently.

The L.A. City Fire Department was contacted by someone at the Record Planet recording in Los Angeles, Calif early Friday morning, according to TMZ. There, Brown reportedly suffered from a seizure but refused medical treatment or an evaluation from the personnel that arrived on the scene.

Although Brown refused to go to the hospital, the singer's doctor reportedly paid him a visit on Friday afternoon, according to HipHollywood.com reports. His representatives have reportedly spoken up about what caused his health scare which is allegedly being labeled a non-epileptic seizure.

"(Brown's NES was caused by) intense fatigue and extreme emotional stress, both due to the continued onslaught of unfounded legal matters and the nonstop negativity," the singer's representatives reportedly told HipHollywood.com

Before the seizure, Brown recently made headlines for allegedly wanting to give up on music. The singer reportedly tweeted and then deleted the post about his frustration with fame.

"Don't worry mainstream America," Brown tweeted on Aug. 6. "After this X album, it'll probably be my last album. … Being famous is amazing when it's for ur music and talent. I'm tired of being famous for a mistake I made when i was 18. I'm cool & over it!"

After Brown had his probation revoked last month, he let the world know how much he was leaning on God during trying times.

"Love you Team Breezy. I hope people can actually see the truth," Brown tweeted. "My cross is heavy but God gives me the strength to carry it."

Last month Brown also tweeted the scripture, "2 Corinthians 12:10." The scripture in the New International Bible states, "That is why, for Christ's sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong."
