'Classroom of the Elite' Episode 11 Spoilers: Special Test to Take an Unexpected Turn in Final Two Days?

The special test on the island continues, but the questions also continue to pile up on the Japanese anime series, "Classroom of the Elite." What could the other classes be planning, and will Class 1-D survive the challenges that are bound their way?

A potential discord has been averted in Class 1-D's camp in this week's episode when Kiyotaka and Hirata both chose to cover up the truth on separate occasions. When the boys all became suspects in an underwear theft, the panties in question turned up in Ike's bag. And after Ike insisted that he did not take them, he left the underwear to a reluctant Kiyotaka's care,

However, Hirata decided to cover up for Kiyotaka, even after frisking the guy and suspecting that he had the panties in his pocket. Hirata took the underwear, knowing that if worse came to worst, his reputation would be the least damaged since Kei, the owner of the missing panties, happened to be his girlfriend.

Did someone just try to sabotage Class 1-D? If so, who could it be? Is it someone from within their own ranks, or could Sudo be right in suspecting Ibuki, the girl from Class 1-C whom they took in after finding her all bruised up on the first day?

Except for Ibuki and Kaneda, who is in Class 1-B's camp, the rest of Class 1-C has already withdrawn from the test. But knowing the kind of game that 1-B's leader, Ryuen, likes to play, could he have intentionally sent his people to cause trouble in other camps?

There are only two days left in the special test, and so far, things have been going smoothly in Class 1-D's camp until the underwear theft happened. Could this have been an isolated incident, or will there be more complications in their way as they reach the final stretch?

The title for the upcoming episode, "What People Commonly call Fate is Mostly their Own Stupidity," is a quote from the philosophical writings of the German philosopher, Arthur Schopenhauer. It means that nothing is predestined and that everything that happens to people happens as a consequence of their own actions.

"Classroom of the Elite" airs on Wednesdays at 11:30 p.m. JST on AT-X and late night at 1:05 a.m. JST on Tokyo MX. Information on other broadcast schedules and online resources can be found on the series' official site. Episodes are also available in selected regions outside Japan via Crunchyroll.
