Jeff Teague had 25 points and six assists in the victory, while Paul Millsap scored 16 and pulled down 14 rebounds.
The Cavs are also riding a two-game win streak after dominating the Boston Celtics and getting past the Toronto Raptors.
James is having another MVP-worthy year as he averages 26.3 points per game while dishing out 7.3 assists per contest.
Kyrie Irving has been excellent as well, with only under 22 points per night, while shooting 47 percent from the field.
This would be their last meeting in the regular season for the two squads, with the Hawks winning the series so far 2-1.
In their last meeting in Georgia, the Hawks won 109-101 behind Millsap's 26 points on 10-of-17 shooting from the field.
As for the Cavs, Irving carried the scoring load with 35 in the losing effort, while Kevin Love struggled with only seven points.
It should be noted that James did not play during that match as he recovered from knee soreness.
However, in the last game that the Cavalier big three played, they still lost to the Hawks 127-98.
