Chicago led early and were able to stop the methodical comeback of the Cavaliers to get the victory.
Their second battle was in Ohio where the Bulls won again 96-83.
Chicago had another fast start to get a lead over the Cavaliers and thanks to a run in the third quarter, were able to pull away for another big win over their rivals.
James had 26 points and 13 rebounds in the loss, while Pau Gasol lifted the Bulls with 25 points and 10 rebounds.
