'Code:Realize ~Guardian of Rebrith~' Episode 4 Spoilers: Cardia's Training to Continue; Will She Be Able to Fight Against Twilight?

It's no secret that Van Helsing, the newest addition to the good guys' crew, only decided to join them because of their mutual goal of bringing the terrorist group, Twilight, down. And now that his primary motivation has finally been revealed, how would this affect the upcoming episodes of the Japanese fantasy-adventure series, "Code:Realize ~Guardian of Rebrith~"?

Van wanted nothing more than to bring Twilight, especially its vicious leader, Finis, down. And now, the reason behind this was made clear in the previous episode.

As it was, Van, was merely manipulated by Finis into killing the Vampires, thus bringing him to the path of his known archrival, Dracula himself.

However, this bloodshed also led to the death of Van's own family, which, in turn, triggered his vengeful wrath for Finis.

The episode also featured the beginnings of Cardia's training. Since she possesses the highly coveted Horologium, it's high time that she learns how to defend herself. Her skin may be poisonous, but Twilight surely has ways of capturing her without making close contact.

But will she really be able to defend herself should the situation call for it? Or will Finis prove to be a much smarter villain and surprise them with an unexpected turn?

Also, will the previous lives of the Lupin and the others be featured in future episodes as well? How will their individual backstory and current motivations affect Cardia's fate?
