'Crazy Ex-Girlfriend' Season 3 Spoilers: Rebecca Channels 'Cruel Intentions' With the Help of Nathaniel
The upcoming episode of "Crazy Ex-Girlfriend" season 3 will see Rebecca (Rachel Bloom) seeking out the help of Nathaniel (Scott Michael Foster) to destroy her ex.
The synopsis of the next episode, titled "To Josh, With Love," states that Rebecca will not be too happy with Paula's (Donna Lynne Champlin) suggestions on how to deal with their case against Josh (Vincent Rodriguez III). It can be recalled that the previous episode saw Paula convince Rebecca that the best way to get revenge on her ex is to sue him for breach of contract. Seeing no other option, Rebecca will ask Nathaniel for his help in the style of "Cruel Intentions."
Elsewhere, Josh is still busy trying to become a priest. However, he will soon discover that the road to priesthood is a much more difficult path than he initially expected.
A teaser trailer for the new episode has also been released. It opens with Nathaniel opening his door to find Rebecca in a black trench coat, confidently standing there.
"I want your hard, throbbing ruthlessness and I want it bad," she tells him. She asks for his help in destroying the man who left her humiliated at the altar. And, in exchange, she will let him do whatever he wants to her.
The next scene then shows Rebecca and Nathaniel, in masks, presumably attending a masquerade party, where they are seen dancing and smiling. It looks like Nathaniel has accepted her offer.
Meanwhile, here is a brief recap of the previous episode, titled "Josh's Ex-Girlfriend Wants Revenge."
Rebecca sought the advice of her friends on how to get revenge on Josh, but she still went with her own plan to shoot a fake sex tape with a Josh lookalike in order to sabotage his chances at priesthood. Donna eventually put a stop to the crazy plan and suggested suing Josh. And while Rebecca agreed to the new plan, she still went ahead with her first plan: sending Josh poop cupcakes.
"Crazy Ex-Girlfriend" season 3 airs Fridays at 8 p.m. on The CW.
