CBS' hit globe-trotting crime-fighting drama TV series "Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders" Season 1 returns this week with a brand new episode that will see the International Response Team unit (IRT) flying off to the exotic land, the haven of the rich travellers – Morocco.
According to the synopsis shared over at The Futon Critic for the episode titled "Citizens of The World," the team will get wind of the news about a kidnapping case in Morocco where their latest victims are two retired individuals from Idaho who came to the country via a cruise holiday trip.
This will prompt Jack, Clara, Matt and others to travel to Casablanca and investigate the matter. Going deeper into the rabbit hole, Monty will make some shocking discovery which will consequently send the shivers to his teammates. It appears that despite if the family of the victims give the ransom for the freedom of their loved ones, the criminal group will still torture and kill their captives. This information will prompt the unit chief to reconsider their strategy and treat the criminals not as mere kidnappers for ransom but serial killers instead.

In the promo video, which can be seen below, Jack is orienting everyone about the scale of danger they are about to face. In the clip, he makes contact with the killers. It also appears that the IRT has successfully pin pointed the enemy's headquarters. Jack rushes to the location despite the warnings of his teammates. The IRT follows through to assist their leader but some unpleasant things might occur in the hour as shots from rapid gunfire can be heard.
