'Criminal Minds' Season 11 Episode 20 Spoilers: UnSub Disfigures His Clients' Faces

The Behavioral Analysis Unit will be on the hunt of a disturbed UnSub whose terrifying crimes involve disfiguring the faces of his clients in the upcoming episode of CBS' hit police procedural drama TV series, "Criminal Minds" Season 11. Meanwhile, Rossi will find himself in a difficult situation when he meets a very important person from his past.

According to the synopsis shared over at The Futon Critic for the brand new episode titled "Inner Beauty," the profiling arm of the FBI will get wind of the news about a string of deaths where the victims discovered have deformed figures.

To tease more details, the network drops a promo video for the segment showing how twisted this person really is. The clip opens up with Rossi lifting the lid of a septic tank. Two dead bodies surfaced, and it seems quite clear that the body were already on the fast pace of deterioration given the agent's disgusted expression towards the pungent smell.

Looking into the files of the victims, the BAU deduced that the UnSub could be a facial surgeon who, instead of helping his patients regain their confidence, tries to transform women's beautiful faces into something horrifying.

What's even worse is the fact that he could also be the one behind the brutal murders as manifested in the dead bodies being featured in the promo clip. What could have driven him to disfigure these poor women and later on rob them of their lives?

In another development, Rossi will have an "awkward reunion" with his ex-wife, Hayden Montgomery. As to how things went out for the two, it remains to be seen. One thing is clear though, this is the woman who kept the truth about his daughter, Joy, a secret from him for almost three decades. Will this issue be once again brought up in their meeting?

Find out how these events unfold when "Criminal Minds" Season 11 Episode 20 premieres this Wednesday, Apr. 13, at 9 p.m. on CBS.
