'Dance Mom' Season 6 Spoilers: Maddie Is Back to Compete

A fan favorite has finally returned to the current season of the reality series "Dance Mom."

It was reported that Maddie Ziegler is back with her teammates, as shown in episode 7 of "Dance Moms" season 6. She has been preoccupied with other projects, such as filming for the upcoming Colin Trevorrow project "The Book of Henry." Ziegler is also known for her performance in Sia's music video titled "Chandelier."
The 13-year-old was also nominated as Choice Dancer for the Teen Choice Award 2015. In addition, she also holds a nomination for Seriously Popular category for the People's Choice Award where she is competing with big stars such as Kylie Jenner, Bella Thorne, Cara Delevingne, and Ruby Rose. She expressed her thanks by posting a message for her fans on her Instagram account.

Now that she has returned, the episode saw Maddie dancing with her teammates as part of Abby Lee Miller's elite junior team. They competed during the Sheer Talent in Phoenix. She was joined by her teammates — Nia Frazier, Brynn Rumfallo, Jojo Swika, Kalani Hilliker, Mackenzie Ziegler, and Kendall Vertes.

They performed a group number titled "Well Oiled Machine," which was able to score first place for the competition. Sheer Talent recently posted an excerpt of their performance on Instagram. Another achievement was Kalani's contemporary piece titled "Wild Thing/Wild One." She was able to score first place. Brynn and Kendall also took home some medals after scoring second place for their routines titled "Mystic Beauty" and "Curiosity," respectively.

With that, it can be expected that the group, along with Maddie, will be taking on more competitions, as well as achievements.

"Dance Moms" season 6 is expected to return this Jan. 5, 2016.
