There were reports stating that Maddie Ziegler will be leaving the show to take on new projects. One of the new projects she will be involved in is the upcoming "So You Think You Can Dance" series, which will cater to young dancers. She is expected to be one of the judges for the new competition.

According to Lifetime, the synopsis for the episode revealed that Abby will have to deal with Melissa's news as well as the upcoming competition that the group is involved in. It was said that the dance team will be competing in three trios. They will also have to perform a dance routine that is based on the upcoming film "The Huntsman: Winter's War."

This will show the dancers busy rehearsal, which will leave little time for them to mourn the upcoming departure of their star dancer. Meanwhile, some mothers are looking forward to seeing their children in the limelight now that the Zieglers are gone.

"Dance Moms" Season 6 airs on Lifetime on Tuesday evenings.
