'Dance Moms' Season 6 Spoilers: Abby's Answer to Elite Team Moms' Ultimatum; Is It the End of the Road for Them?
The mini team ends up more successful in the dance competition this week than the elite team.
In the previous episode of "Dance Moms" Season 6, the mothers of the Elite Team told Abby Lee Miller that she only has to say the word if she did not want to coach their daughters anymore. And, based on the trailer promo for the next episode, it looks like Abby already has reached a decision.
End of the road for Abby and Elites?
Abby's assignment for the elite girls' weekly group dance may be aptly and ominously titled "End of the Road". The dance coach is even seen in the trailer of the new episode of "Dance Moms" Season 6 asking her teen students if it is the end of the road for her and for them.
Abby Miller continues to dedicate most of her time and attention to her mini team which will only make her feud with the elite team moms to intensify further. Their physical altercation in a past episode of "Dance Moms" Season 6 may still be fresh in the viewers' minds.
Tension among the dance moms
In the trailer for the new episode titled "Mini Mayhem", Kira Girard is seen engaging the newcomer Stacey Ketchman into a new argument. Meanwhile, Jill Vertes adds to the tension in "Dance Moms" Season 8 episode by telling the mini team moms to get out.
With all the hostility going on in her dance studio, Abby Miller does not appear to be putting some effort to lessen the drama between the two groups. She paired two minis and two elites for a dance duet battle. In the new preview, she can be seen announcing that only one dancer from the highest placing duet is going to earn the first solo of "Dance Moms" Season 6. Kira and Holly Frazier both agree loudly that the solo spot will clearly go to the junior kids.
Not as successful as last week
While the elite team was able to pull off a win in a dance they choreographed themselves and without their mentor's help last week, they will not be as successful in the new episode of "Dance Moms" Season 6 airing next week. Spoilers say that their number inspired by the "Wizard of Oz" placed second in their division and only fifth overall at the Innovation Dance Competition held on May 14 at Oxnard, California.
The mini team however is another story. Abby Miller's mini dancers were a big hit with their acrobatic mime number that placed first in the younger age division of the competition that will be seen in the next episode of "Dance Moms" Season 6.
The dance duets
As for the dance duets, the duo of JoJo Siwa and Elliana Walmsley were able to wow the judges and took home the first place honors with their comical open dance "Fan Favorite". The Brynn Rumfallo and Lilliana Ketchman tandem's open duet took the second place. Catch all the drama of "Dance Moms" Season 6 with a new episode on October 4 on Lifetime.
