'Dancing With the Stars' 2017 Spoilers: Contestants Celebrate Disney Night
Things are about to get magical on the "Dancing with the Stars" stage with the remaining contestants set to celebrate the world of Disney in tonight's episode.
Disney Night is one of the most popular and most awaited themes of the dance competition. The routines will be inspired from projects from one of the biggest mass media and entertainment conglomerates in the world.
Some of the contestants will perform routines that fans of "Dancing with the Stars" have not seen before based on Disney classics and latest cinematic releases while others chose to do their take of dances done by previous contestants of the show.
Drew Scott and Emma Slater will perform a Viennese Waltz to the music of "Rainbow Connection" from "The Muppet Movie" while Lindsey Stirling and Mark Ballas have chosen to do Foxtrot with "When You Wish Upon a Star" from "Pinocchio."
Nick Lachey and Peta Murgatroyd, on the other hand, will do a Quickstep with the song "The Bare Necessities" from "The Jungle Book" while Sasha Pieterse and Gleb Savchenko and Terrell Owens and Cheryl Burke are going for nostalgia by performing Rumba and Quickstep, respectively to "Kiss the Girl" from "The Little Mermaid" and "I Just Can't Wait to Be King" from "The Lion King."
Also tonight on "Dancing with the Stars," Nikki Bella and Artem Chigvintsev are taking a Jazz spin to the new Disney and Pixar film "Coco" with the song "Remember Me."
Vanessa Lachey and Maks Chmerkovskiy will pay tribute to "Snow White" with a Waltz routine to the tune of "Un Jour Mon Prince Viendra" while Victoria Arlen and Val Chmerkovskiy will Jazz it up with "Steamboat Willie" from "Steamboat Willie."
Frankie Muniz and Witney Carson as well as Jordan Fisher and Lindsay Arnold will do routines performed in the past to judges' acclaim by former contestants.
Muniz will do an Argentine Tango with Carson from "Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides" to the tune of "Angelica," which was performed by Riker Lynch in season 20 where he got two 10s.
Fisher and Arnold will dance a Foxtrot routine to "You're Welcome" from "Moana," which Simone Biles performed last season to two 10s as well.
"Dancing with the Stars" airs tonight at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
