'Dark Souls 3' Difficulty Level Detailed, Game Possible to Accomplish
Every "Dark Souls" game fan knows that the action role-playing video game is made up of levels that are high in difficulty. With the third installment of the game expected to arrive early next year, fans are wondering how difficult the game will be.
According to Attack of the Fanboy, developer FromSoftware has revealed some hints on how difficult the levels of the upcoming game will be since several fans have voiced out that the game may be too hard to beat.
But game director Hidetaka Miyazaki told Play UK that even though fans expect "Dark Souls 3" to be challenging and high in difficulty, they are aiming to make the game "possible to accomplish."
"I want to keep both the possibility of accomplishment and the difficulty itself," said Miyazaki. "I think seasoned players will feel refreshed and enjoy new strategies. And for new players, I want to make it difficult, of course, but accomplishable and enjoyable," he continued.
With that being said, the game is set to be a challenging one but not impossible at all to complete. This also gives veteran gamers the assurance that the fourth entry of the "Souls" series will not go one level down in terms of difficulty. They can expect the game to still be an interesting one.
Miyazaki also hinted that players of the game will just need to consider planning, observing and learning how to plan for battle in order to get through levels and accomplish each challenge.
Reports said that the games in the series have always used a trial and error approach. If the player dies, he can try again but this time, a different strategy should be utilized. It's known that the games are perplexing but players will only need to be patient and determined if they want to come out victorious.
"Dark Souls 3" is expected to arrive to PS4, Xbox One and PC early 2016.
