'Days of Our Lives' Spoilers, Plot Rumors: Hope to Consider Confessing to Dr. Malcom's Murder

"Days of Our Lives" spoilers for Jan. 15 hint that Hope will consider making a murder confession, and Jennifer may start to develop an addiction after the accident.

Rafe thinks Hope will be cleared from Stefano's murder, and he is trying to prove that the latter was the one who killed Dr. Malcolm. Now that Stefano is gone, Hope may have to confess that she is the one responsible for Dr. Malcom's death, according to Celeb Dirty Laundry.

If the authorities start investigating Stefano's business, Hope's name might come up, and Rafe does not want that to happen. So, he may have to create a diversion to avoid setting up Hope as a major suspect. The latter, on the other hand, could say that she killed Dr. Malcolm while defending herself when Ciara was kidnapped, the report details.

While Hope says she did not kill Dr. Malcolm, making that confession may be better than being the suspect in Stefano's murder. However, this does not mean that she will also be able to get away with Stefano's murder, the report relays.

Meanwhile, something may be going on with Jennifer Horton after the deadly accident that took Dr. Dan's life. She may have been only mildly injured in the crash, but she may be suffering from more pain than what she is willing to let on, Movie News Guide reports.

It can be recalled that she sustained a lot of bruises after the accident and was admitted overnight at the hospital. After being discharged, her kids expressed concern when she winced in pain, but she just waved it off.

The publication speculates that Jennifer may become addicted to pain medications. There is a possibility that the doctors would prescribe medications to ease the pain she feels.

"Days of Our Lives" fans are bound to find out if Jennifer will indeed be addicted to pain killers and if Hope will go on with her murder confession on the Jan. 15. episode.
