Daytona 500 2015 Live Stream, Fox TV Details: Watch NASCAR at Daytona Online
NASCAR's Daytona 500 takes place on Sunday and this year's event looks to be among one of the most dramatic in recent times. The event of course takes place from the Daytona International Speedway at Daytona Beach in Florida. The race has a scheduled start time of 1 p.m. ET and will be shown live on TV on the Fox network, but can also be watched online through live stream (details below).
Much of the build-up hype has surrounded Jeff Gordon, who is on pole in what is his final full-time season. He certainly looks like he has one of the fastest cars out there, and it will come as no surprise if he emerges at the end as the winner.
However, it will not be easy for Gordon, and from the very start he will have to fight off the likes of Hendrick, Jimmie Johnson and Dale Earnhardt Jr, who are all placed right up in the top two rows with him.
The sport has also been left shocked after Kurt Busch was suspended indefinitely by NASCAR ahead of the big race. He has been the subject of domestic assault accusations by ex-girlfriend Patricia Driscoll, and he will not be racing until "further notice."
Taking his place is Regan Smith for the No. 41 machine. Smith of course won the Xfinity Series race at Daytona last February. He has 11 top 10 finishes and one win across his 172 races at the Sprint Cup level.
Most believe that Chevrolet will dominate with a Hendrick win on Sunday, however, the Daytona 500 has a tradition of dramatic incidents, and things may not turn out the way people expect.
The Daytona 500 will start at 1 p.m. ET and can be watched on TV on the Fox network, or online through live stream by clicking here.
