In the present time, Ray asks the Legends: "I'm in the paper and I'm dead?"

The synopsis adds that Ray meets an untimely death in 1988 "because [the Legends] broke time." In the trailer, young Ray is inside his room feeding someone (or something) with a candy bar as the older Ray watches from outside through the window saying, "I think I know what kills me."

The video teaser does not show the identity of the chocolate-loving creature, but the synopsis hints that it is a "time-displaced baby Dominator." The episode teaser adds that young Ray's interaction with the baby Dominator is "putting him in harm's way with the government and the Dominator's mother."

On another scene, Zari Adrianna Tomas (Tala Ashe) is seen trying to convince young Ray that she is there to save him. Meanwhile, the synopsis also hints that Zari will have to deal with her own conflicts as she is still finding it hard to trust the team and find her place among the Legends.

Meanwhile, the "Phone Home" episode will also show Martin Stein (Victor Garber) starting his own, secret project inside the team's ship. However, his movements will be monitored by Mick Rory (Dominic Purell) and Jax (Franz Drameh) and such will raise their suspicions.

"Phone Home" will air on Tuesday, Oct. 31, at 9 p.m. EDT on The CW.
