"You know, who knows?" teased the "That 70's Show" alum.

Engagement rumors sparked a year ago when the "Skyscraper" singer posted a picture of her on Twitter that showed a ring on her finger. Her rep said that the singer-actress was not engaged. A day later, Lovato celebrated Valderrama's birthday by posting numerous photos of them on her Instagram account.

"To the funniest, most inspiring, incredible man I know," she wrote. "@WValderrama- thank you for helping me get through my darkest moments … You truly are a light to this world and my life."

Valderrama responded by posting a sweet message of his own which read, "Who needs presents when the gift of you is real to us all … Thank you for the blessing of knowing you."

Meanwhile, Lovato's career is on an upswing as she has just released a new skincare line named Devonne by Demi. As a promotion for the skincare line, the singer released a fake infomercial last week in which she is seen demonstrating how to use her three-step essential kit. Also in the video is Valderrama, who serves as her male model.

The singer showed off her bubbly personality as she makes exaggerated faces and applies excessive amounts of cleanser, hydrating mist and moisturizing primer. At one point, Valderrama asks her, "Is it normal that I can't see through my left eye?"

Lovato is also lending her acting and musical talents to upcoming animated theatrical feature "Charming," The singer will not only voice the female lead, Lenore, but will also executive produce the film's music score.
