Denver Broncos vs. Atlanta Falcons: Watch Live Stream Online

The Denver Broncos travel to Atlanta to face the Falcons for their Monday night game with both teams looking to continue their winning form in front of a nationally televised audience.

During the Broncos week one victory, new quarterback Payton Manning far surpassed what most critics thought was possible in a new system and without his two main receivers, Reggie Wayne and Dallas Clark. But Manning was not deterred as he threw for over 250 yards with a pair of touchdowns in the 31-19 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers.

"It's just one game. I try to keep it in perspective," Manning told reporters during a post-game press conference. "I know how hard I've worked to get to this point. I know how much help that I've gotten along the way, from a lot of people. I'm very grateful for that. It's special. I will definitely say it's special."

The Falcons are also poised to lead their division with quarterback Matt Ryan. He is in his fifth year as the starter and has developed a close on-field relationship with wide receiver Julio Jones, who caught a pair of touchdowns to go along with his 108 receiving yards.

That relationship will be tested against a strong Denver secondary led by Champ Bailey, who only allowed 98 passing yards in the second half of last week's victory over the Steelers. Manning will also look to exploit an Atlanta defense that saw one of their best coverage defenders lost for the season will an Achilles tendon injury.

Cornerback Christopher Owens will be expected to play big minutes while trying to fill the void left by Brent Grimes.

"This is like facing Mike Tyson in a 12-round bout, but I'm excited for the opportunity," Owens said. "It's unfortunate what happened with Grimes, but the next man's got to step up, and that's the mentality you've got to have with this team."

Coverage for the game starts at 8 p.m. on NBC or can be watched online here.
