'Destiny The Taken King' Release Date: Focus Shifted to Quest Givers

The popular video game "Destiny: The Taken King" is undergoing a major change as it has been met with skepticism among avid gamers. Bungie, the company behind the game, is addressing the issues and problems that gamers originally had.

One of those changes is the game's leveling system that will be revamped. The developers of the game are also changing how the story will be conveyed. The game will now shift focus on quest givers, instead. The Taken King will now tell a more direct and focused story. It is a role-playing game (RPG) with different characters.

Creative director Luke Smith and Mike Noseworthy spoke about the things they are currently doing, in order to change the storytelling strategy of the game. The gamer can choose to switch between the different modes and go back and forth. The different quest allows the gamer to connect with the character and opens itself up to RPG. The gamer can also track their progress throughout the game. If a character talks to another character, the character's name will appear on the screen during the game. The game will now utilize a more traditional way of leveling up that includes completing missions, raids, and bounties.
