Diplo Insults Taylor Swift on Social Media, Lorde Takes to Twitter to Defend Taylor
It looks like Taylor Swift and Katy Perry won't be making up anytime soon as Perry's rumored boyfriend, Diplo, has started taking shots at the "Shake it Off" singer by referring to her slender frame in an unflattering way.
On Nov. 12, Diplo, whose real name is Thomas Wesley Pentz, tweeted, "Someone should make a kickstarter to get taylor swift a booty."
The DJ and producer, who has been linked to Perry since April, took the joke a step further as he posted a link to an actual Fundly page someone set up for the cause. The gag fundraiser called the "Get Taylor Swift a Booty" campaign has raised $95 as of today.

The page lists Eric Spivak as campaign owner, and features this message:
"Taylor Swift Still Needs Your Help! Any true supporter of T SWIFT would definitely not pass up this opportunity to improve her posterior! Any TRUE fan would show their support!"
Not many people found it funny as Swift's good friend Lorde fired back through her Twitter account as she made fun of Diplo.
The rift between Swift and Perry has reportedly been brewing for some time now, and in September, Swift opened up to Rolling Stone about the inspiration for her song "Bad Blood" from her new album 1989, saying it had something to do with an unnamed female artist who tried to sabotage her in the past.
"She basically tried to sabotage an entire arena tour," said Swift to Rolling Stone. "She tried to hire a bunch of people out from under me. And I'm surprisingly non-confrontational—you would not believe how much I hate conflict. So now I have to avoid her. It's awkward, and I don't like it."
