'Dragon Ball FighterZ' News: Find Out Which Stages Have Been Revealed Thus Far

Two new stages were unveiled just recently

The "Dragon Ball" series features many iconic battlegrounds that a number of fans will be able to recognize within seconds of them popping up onscreen. Some of these are even set to be included in the upcoming fighting game known as "Dragon Ball FighterZ."

The game's official Japanese website offers early looks at some of the stages players will be able to visit.

First off, there is the familiar Tenkaichi battleground that has served as the setting for many epic encounters. Numerous "Dragon Ball" games have already included this particular arena, so it is really not surprising to find that developers have opted to feature it again.

Another stage expected to be in the game is the one used during the Cell Games. The Cell Games stage may end up as one of the larger ones included, considering that the battleground itself is in a deserted area.

One more stage highlighted by the website appears to be on a different planet. The purple skies and that distinct landscape seem to hint that the stage in question is none other than the Sacred World of Kai, a place important to the series since it served as the staging ground for the big fight between Goku and Kid Buu, as EventHubs pointed out.

Earlier screenshots showing off "Dragon Ball FighterZ" have also confirmed that Planet Namek will be another of the stages included.

Now, it appears that two more stages can be added to the tally.

Game Informer recently released a brief video hyping up their upcoming month of coverage focused on the new fighting title. Within that video, viewers can see a city in ruins previously featured in "Dragon Ball Super" plus another battleground that seems to be set near a body of water.
