'Dragon Ball FighterZ' News: New Details Reveal What to Expect for Closed Beta
Developed by Arc System Works, "Dragon Ball FighterZ" is one of the highly anticipated game titles for next year. The gaming community has especially been on the look out for details since the beta is about to launch.
Although there have been teasers up to this point, most of the details for the "Dragon Ball FighterZ" beta remains to be a mystery. Fortunately, a new character introduction trailer and screenshots gave fans a little sneak peek of what to expect.
Reports indicate that fans got a quick look of Frieza, who is one of the most important antagonists in the "Dragon Ball" universe. In the past game titles of "Dragon Ball," he has been one of the fan favorites due to his mobility and amusing color scheme. It is not clear as to what ability he might hold for "Dragon Ball FighterZ" but more information is expected as the beta draws near.
Meanwhile, there have been new screenshots released about the characters that will be playable once it launches. Players will be able to choose between 11 characters, and each will come in four colors. The lobby system will also be showcased in "Dragon Ball FighterZ," and it should not be too different from those that were in the previous game titles of the series.
Fans who were able to register and get in the beta for "Dragon Ball FighterZ" should have received the code just recently. Otherwise, they are advised to contact Bandai Namco either through their official website or on social media.
"Dragon Ball FighterZ" is set to be released in February next year. It will be made available for fans using PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
The closed beta will be held on Sept. 16 to 17 for both North America and Europe.
