'Dragon Ball FighterZ' News: Stats, Movesets of Ginyu and Nappa Detailed Further

Both Ginyu and Nappa can be aided by cameo characters in the game

Ginyu and Nappa were confirmed just recently as two of the characters who will be featured in "Dragon Ball FighterZ," and developers have now further detailed what they will be like inside the game.

The new details about the two characters can be seen on the game's official Japanese website, and the folks over at Shonengamez.com translated the latest revelations.

Starting with Ginyu, developers revealed that his power and technique stats are off the charts, though his speed and energy ratings leave a lot to be desired. He also has decent reach in the game, and developers have rated him as a character who is quite easy to use.

The most interesting things revealed about Ginyu, however, are related to his moveset.

Apparently, Ginyu's moveset will prominently feature different members of the Ginyu Force. Burter, Guldo, Jeice and Recoome all possess their own unique abilities, so it will be interesting to see how they will be able to help out their leader over the course of a fight.

Perhaps developers may even include a special attack that involves all five members of the Ginyu Force working in unison.

Now, just because he will be getting help from his friends inside "Dragon Ball FighterZ," that does not mean Ginyu cannot hold his own in battle. He even has that special Body Change technique of his that he can use in particularly difficult fights.

As for Nappa, developers shared that he is among the strongest characters in the game, and he pairs that power up with his excellent reach. He is a slowpoke, however, so players may have some trouble using him against certain characters.

Nappa can also call on Saibamen to help him during a fight, giving his opponents more problems to worry about.

Additional details about the characters who will be featured in "Dragon Ball FighterZ" should be made available soon and the game itself is due out on Jan. 26.
