'Dragon Ball: Resurrection F' Trailer Hits North America, Promises More Action to Come
The world's most popular anime series, "Dragon Ball Z," has been making a grand comeback the past two years. This revival is primarily due to the involvement of original series creator Akira Toriyama. He directly supervised the creation and development of the 2013 animated feature film "Dragon Ball Z: Battle of the Gods." Two years after, he once again supervised another animated feature film called "Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F," which was released in Japan in April.
FUNanimation, an American TV and film production company is bringing the English language dub of "Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F" to North America from August 4 to 12, 2015. The film will be screened in selected theaters all over America. The company was also responsible for bringing the English dub of "Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F" in 2014.
In a Tech Times report, FUNanimation's CEO and founder Gen Fukunaga said that they are anticipating that a lot of fans will want to watch to movie.

"For Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection 'F' we've expanded our theatrical distribution to more than 1,000 theaters to meet fan demand, but it wouldn't surprise me if theaters sell-out again. This movie is visually stunning and offers even more action than 'Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods,'" he said.
The film's first English dub trailer showed the return of Frieza, the intergalactic warlord, who wants revenge on Goku and his friends. He has called on "an entire army of loyal subjects" to take over the Earth, which naturally the Z fighters must stop. The trailer also showed a lot of action for the supporting characters in Goku's gang like Piccolo, Tien and Krillin.
Tickets to the screening may be pre-bought now. Those who have pre-bought tickets will also get special freebies from the FUNanimation booth if they happen to be attending the San Diego Comic-Con.
