'Dragon Ball Super' Episode 80 to 83 Titles, Release Date Revealed; Powerful Roster Set To Arrive
The long-running Dragon Ball saga may have been in existence for a very long time, but it doesn't appear to be losing any firepower any time soon. In the leaked episodes and synopses for the current series, "Dragon Ball Super," it appears the battles are going to grow even fiercer than ever.
The so-called "Universal Survival" has already started this month, and things continue to grow in intensity. Goku has boldly requested for a tournament that will pit each universe's strongest fighters, and below are the details of what fans can expect, from episodes 80 through 83.
As per translations, episode 80 is dubbed "Awaken the Dormant Fighting Spirit! Son Gohan's Battle!" and will be featuring Gohan duking it out against Universe 9's powerful fighter, Lavenda. This combatant is described in the synopsis as adept in using poison and could blind Gohan from reading his movements, thus it will be a tough battle for him.

Episode 81, on the other hand, is titled "Crusher Bergamo vs. Son Goku! Which Has Sky-High Strength?" and as the name implies, will pit Goku against another Universe 9 fighter. Bergamo will be a tricky opponent to defeat as he can mysteriously turn his foe's strength against him, and so Goku will need to read through his unusual skill.
Meanwhile, the other two episodes are proving to be subjects for excitement, as familiar faces return. Episode 82, named "The Righteous Warrior Toppo Bursts In," brings back the famed yet enigmatic fighter from Universe 11. Fans will get to see more of him in action, and hopefully he reveals more about his unique strengths.
Episode 83, dubbed "Forming the Universe 7 Representative Team," is arguably going to be the most awaited episode based on the synopsis. It is at this time that fan-favorites Android 17, Android 18, Krillin, Tien and a lot more sign up for the tournament, bringing a nostalgic feel for long time Dragon Ball fans.
