Though Goku will put up a fight especially in his Super Saiyan Blue form, it will not do much damage to Kafla. This worthy adversary, on the other hand, will only make Goku want to try even harder. In the process, the Saiyan unlocks his Ultra Instinct form.

Fans will see more his transformation on the succeeding episode, titled "The Comeback Omen! Ultra Instinct's Great Explosion!!" In his best battle form, Goku produces a massive amount of Ki, similar to that time he faced Jiren. The Saiyan effortlessly attacks and avoids Kafla's blows, which will urge his enemy to deliver a powerful attack. But Goku will manage to dodge it again. And at point blank range, he will give Kafla a taste of his Kamehameha.

A weary Goku will become a target in "Grand Battle of Love! Android (s) vs Universe 2!" Universe 2 fighters under the leadership of Ribrianne will be among those to take advantage, but the siblings from Android 17 and 18 will be there to prevent them.

Not much has been said about the following episode but it is said that either Universe 2 or Universe 6 is going to back out of the Tournament, as their numbers have been depleted.

As for episode 119, "Another Victim from Universe 7! Universe 4's Specialty!" a member of Goku's team is expected to be eliminated from the tournament.
