'Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2' DLC 3: New Features and Contents Arrive With Zamasu, Super Saiyan Rose and Bojack
The upcoming third set of downloadable content for "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" will introduce Zamasu, Goku Black's Super Saiyan Rose form, and Bojack plus a whole bunch of new features for the game.
News of the powerful antagonists' arrival broke when the French website DB-Z.com spotted the teaser in a recent issue of V-Jump, a Japanese magazine that features new and upcoming manga and video games based on Japanese comics franchises.
Bojack's return to the franchise has been anticipated. The character was first introduced as the primary enemy in the 1993 film "Dragon Ball Z: Bojack Unbound" and is known for his muscular built with an appearance that resembles that of a pirate and a gypsy. The orange-haired antagonist is known for having powers that is almost impossible to defeat.
For franchise fans who have been watching the "Dragon Ball Super" anime series, they will know that Zamasu and Goku Black are the same person. Zamasu used to be an apprentice of Supreme Kai who learned about the Super Dragon Balls and the powers they give to whoever catches them.
Using a Super Dragon Ball and a Time Ring, he was able to steal Son Goku's body from a different timeline and made a powerful body of an antagonist out of it. Then Goku Black and the original Zamasu were both able to exist in the future where they launched the Zero Mortals Plan.
When translated, the same DB-Z.com report shares that the three enemies will be released along with the third DLC for "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2." The report also mentioned that along with Zamasu, Goku Black and Bojack, new items and features will arrive in the third content pack. "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" players can expect "new attacks, new outfits, new poses, new quests" to arrive in the game.
On the other hand, DB-Z.com has also speculated that the addition of the antagonists might be hinting at a looming fusion of Zamasu and Vegetto's SSGSS form.
According to reports, the third DLC for the "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" will be released in Japan sometime next month while players from North America can expect a later launch date.
