'Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2' News: Dabura and Gohan-Absorbed Majin Buu's Attacks Featured in Gameplay Video

Two new characters expected to be made available sometime this fall

Two new characters are going to be added soon to "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2," and they are none other than Dabura and the Gohan-absorbed version of Majin Buu.

Developers have already provided quick looks at some of their attacks. But for those fans who want a longer look at the upcoming additions, there is a new gameplay video they can check out.

The new gameplay video was posted by ShonenGameZ and it shows Dabura and the new version of Majin Buu engaged in combat.

While the two of them were fighting in the video, the names of some of their attacks appeared onscreen.

Beginning with Dabura, it looks like he will be able to utilize attacks named "Break Strike," "Evil Blast" and a "Full Power Energy Wave." Delving deeper into his moveset, the video also suggested that Dabura will have some special attacks such as the "Sledgehammer" and the rangy "Evil Flame." Dabura will also have access to the "Petrifying Spit" attack, and this move could prove to be very effective especially when used against quicker enemies.

As for the Gohan-absorbed version of Majin Buu, his moveset may include variations of the "Kamehameha" attack. This new version of Majin Buu also has some more interesting moves inside "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2," including the "Candy Beam" attack that he used more often while in his "Innocent" form.

Also included in the new Buu's arsenal is the "Super Ghost Buu Attack" that closely resembles the move popularized by Gotenks.

Both Dabura and the Gohan-absorbed version of Majin Buu will be made accessible to players via an upcoming downloadable content pack. That DLC pack is also expected to allow players to finally study under Zamasu, according to Bandai Namco.

An exact release date for the new DLC pack has not been announced just yet, though it is expected to be made available for all versions of "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" sometime this fall.
