Drake Says He Deserves More Credit, Ends Feud With Chris Brown

Drake, the 26-year-old rapper, believes he does not receive the credit he deserves.

"What really bothers me the most is the fact that sometimes I don't feel like I get enough credit or I don't make a big enough impact because I'm not a loose cannon," Drake said while on the Canadian show, Q with Jian Ghomesh recently. "People just want me to go off more and lose my composure, and then that way I guess I would make more headlines or be more iconic. But that's not me. I'm a naturally poised individual."

While some media outlets like Hollywoodlife.com assumed that Drake may have been referencing 24-year-old singer-songwriter Chris Brown, the pair recently ended their feud. While it is unclear whether or not the pair of musicians will collaborate on a song, Brown took to his Facebook page to post an image of himself with Drake in the studio earlier this month.

"Hanging in the studio with Drake," Brown captioned a link on his Facebook page.

The two musicians engaged in a physical altercation at a New York City nightclub last year. However Brown's manager, Abou Thiam, is well acquainted with Drake and reportedly thought that it was time to unite the pair.

"(Thiam's) very friendly with Drake, and worked to try and get him and Chris together to put their differences aside," a source reportedly told The New York Post.

The two musicians came together at the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas last month, where the New York Post reports that Drake attended strictly to see Brown perform.

Although it is unclear whether fans will hear Drake and Chris Brown on a record anytime soon, the latter spoke about wanting to collaborate with other artists on his Facebook page.

"Collaborating with other artists helps me grow as an artist," he wrote.
