Drew Barrymore News: Actress to Appear in Bravo TV Show of Will Kopelman's Sister
Following the recent split of Drew Barrymore and Will Kopelman, it was confirmed that the actress will be appearing as a guest star in Bravo TV's "Odd Mom Out" as a way of showing support for her estranged husband's sister.
According to People, it was announced Monday that the 41-year-ols star will make a rare appearance in the second season of the Bravo series starring Kopelman's sister, Jill Kargman. She will be playing the role of Meredith, a neighbor of Jill and Andy.
Fans will have to wait for further details about Barrymore's character as all that been said about Meredith will survive a historic blizzard with the couple and her rude attitude may cause some trouble in the neighborhood.
It is also unclear at this point how Meredith will affect the new setup of Andy and Jill. As fans already know, Jill will be returning to being a career woman at a fashion magazine firm. Andy, on the other hand, will get to experience the real struggle of motherhood as he ventures into life as a house husband.
Barrymore's upcoming stint seems to be one of her ways of showing that there's no bad blood in her divorce. While she recently opened up about the sad split with Kopelman, she seems to be moving on slowly and starting life again.
The couple announced their split earlier this month. After almost four years, the two said in their statement, "Sadly our family is separating legally, although we do not feel this takes away from us being a family…our children are our universe, and we look forward to living the rest of our lives with them as the first priority."
Just hours after the divorce was announced, Barrymore stepped out and attended an event to launch Barrymore wines. Multiple reports stated then that she looked happy and blooming despite the sad news.
After about a year of dating, the pair tied the knot in 2012 and share two children, Olive, 3, and Frankie, who will soon turn 2.
