Duggar Family News 2015: Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald Know Baby's Gender

Jessa (Duggar) Seewald and husband Ben may already have the knowledge if they are having a boy and a girl. But the information is only for them to know.

In fact, it's not only the fans of the "19 Kids and Counting" star who have to wait a bit more before they can find out the sex of their child. According to a report from the International Business Times, the 22-year-old expectant mother and her 20-year-old husband already know their baby's gender at 19 weeks. They opted to keep it to themselves and not tell anyone, even their parents or one of Jessa's siblings.

"Ben was okay with keeping it a surprise, but I just couldn't wait. I had to know!" she said in the family's blog post (via IBT). "We decided at that point that we would keep it to ourselves and let it be a surprise for the rest of the Seewald and Duggar extended families when the baby is born."

But keeping the secret isn't quite that easy for her. Jessa revealed that she is sometimes tempted to use the pronouns of he/she in conversations. However, she has to tiptoe along those lines and keep in mind to use the term "baby" instead. Regardless of which, the couple are "so looking forward to baby's birth and the big reveal."

There's still a few more weeks to wait before little Jessa/Ben comes out to the world, but fans can now start referring to the child as little "Quincy." Jessa went on to reveal in their blog post that it was her and Ben's idea to have a letter theme for their kids and their letter of choice is apparently the 17th letter in the common alphabet, "Q."

"From that point, Ben started calling our little one 'Quincy' and the nickname just sorta stuck," Jessa said (via IBT).

However, this might not be the name that the child will likely be christened with. According to them, it is their intention to choose names that have lots of meaning, most preferably the same with those "great heroes of Christian faith."

Mr. and Mrs. Seewald are expected to be featured in the new, three-part specials that are slated to air by the end of 2015 on TLC. Stay tuned for more updates.
