'Elegant Yokai Apartment Life' Episode 12 Spoilers: Akine and Ryu to Help Inaba With Miura and the Id Monster?

Tashiro's life is once again in danger in the hands of a possessed Miura. How long can Inaba possibly protect her without putting his own life on the line on the next episode of the Japanese supernatural anime series, "Elegant Yokai Apartment Life"?

This week's episode revealed that an id monster, which formed out of the strong negative emotions contained in a vandalized closet, has possessed the new teacher, Miura. Prior to this, the man has already had an intense fear of women, which has only been worsened by the said id monster taking over his body.

And since he failed to end Tashiro's life on his previous attempt, the episode ended with him trying once again to kill Tashiro.

His condition is apparently getting worse by the minute, and since an exorcism is out of the question, at least where Inaba is concerned, can the latter find anything else that can help him resolve this case from his book of spirits, or will he completely be defeated by this seemingly hopeless situation?

The preview for the next episode titled "I'm Going to the Future" shows Kotobuki-so's exorcist-in-training, Akine, stepping in to lend a hand. The intensely determined girl is all about proving herself to her mentor, but will she really be able to take the id monster down? Will she be attempting an exorcism, or use some other tricks up her sleeves instead?

Also, it seems that the powerful psychic, Ryu, will also get involved, although it is not clear whether he will be stepping in to help or is merely observing.

The title of the upcoming episode also seems to tell a story in itself. Who will be going into the future, for what reason, and what does he or she hope to see there?

"Elegant Yokai Apartment Life" airs on Mondays at 11 p.m. JST on Tokyo MX, and late night at 1:59 a.m. JST on Yomiuri TV. It also airs on Tuesdays late night at 1:30 a.m. JST on BS11.
