'Elegant Yokai Apartment Life' Episode 14 Spoilers: Yushi and Hase to Uncover a Mystery in Kotobuki-so's Basement?

Hase's spending the night at the apartment and a new mystery emerges in the basement on the next episode of the Japanese supernatural series, "Elegant Yokai Apartment Life."

As summer continues to move along and Yushi's training becomes more intense, his best friend, Hase, drops by to spend some relaxing time at the Kotobuki-so and, in the process, give as much support as he can for Yushi.

Since the latter's encounter with the Id Monster in the previous arc proved both the amount of his power and his lack of skill in wielding it right without injuring himself, summer has been turned into a kind of training boot camp where Akine pushes him to the limits in order to increase his spiritual power.

And although Yushi energy gets drained at the end of the day, his efforts are not all in vain since The Fool himself could both see and feel an improvement in his aura. After all, an increase in Yushi's power also means that the Petits in his magical book are growing stronger as well;

But it seems that Yushi is not the only one who is seeing some improvement in his life. Kuri, the little boy ghost at the apartment, also seems to have gained a childish playfulness that he previously lacked. Could this also be one of the reasons why Hase is coming over as shown in the preview for the next episode titled "Late Night at the Yokai Apartments"?

Moreover, a late night trip to the hot spring in the basement brings them close to a mystery that may just involve the Kotobuki-so's humongous landlord.

How will these upcoming developments affect Yushi's ongoing training?

"Elegant Yokai Apartment Life" airs on Mondays at 11 p.m. JST on Tokyo MX, and late night at 1:59 a.m. JST on Yomiuri TV. It also airs on Tuesdays late night at 1:30 a.m. JST on BS11.
