'Elementary' Season 5 Episode 15 Spoilers: Sherlock Gets Arrested

Sherlock (Jonny Lee Miller) will find himself arrested by the police in the upcoming episode of "Elementary."

In the episode titled "Wrong Side of the Road," the promo shows that Sherlock and Joan (Lucy Liu) will investigate a triple murder. One of them is interesting enough to stupefy Sherlock. In the clip, the consultants are shown looking at the remains of a human. The coffin is open and according to the voiceover, it was set on fire. Sherlock and Joan will attempt to understand why someone would do that to a person who has already been buried. There seems to be three suspects – two men and a woman. In the latter part of the teaser, Sherlock gets the surprise of his life when the police arrest him. What could be happening?

Meanwhile, the episode will also see the return of Sherlock's former protégée, Kitty Winter (Ophelia Lovibond). The synopsis (according to TV Guide) reveals that Kitty has traveled to New York to personally warn her mentor about an impending doom. An unidentified killer has been targeting their former team. It looks like the culprit is connected to a case she and Sherlock handled years ago in London. Kitty escaped before she became the next victim. She knows her chances of surviving are high when she is with him.

Kitty has been keeping a secret, however. It is Joan who will discover her true motives for reuniting with her former mentor. When Kitty left Sherlock, she went off the grid for three years. No one knows where she went and what she has done. Whatever happened to Kitty in those years has changed her life forever. Joan has to decide if she will tell Sherlock about Kitty's little secret or not. If she chooses to remain silent about it and something bad happens to her partner, she will not be able to forgive herself.

"Elementary" season 5 episode 15 will air Sunday, March 5, at 10 p.m. EST on CBS.
