'Empire' Season 2 Episode 10 Spoilers: Lyons Back Together
The upcoming episode of "Empire" season 2 is expected to bring the Lyon family back together.
It was revealed that the fall finale of the series is expected to unite Lucious, played by Terrence Howard, and his family. A recent teaser for the episode showed how Cookie, played by Taraji P. Henson, stood up for Lucious during a company meeting.
A promotional video for the episode was recently revealed. It showed Mimi, played by Marisa Tomei, heading an Empire meeting, which had the agenda to take Lucious away from the title of CEO.
With speculations against Mimi's motives, Cookie and Hakeem, played by Bryshere Y. Gray, were able to stand up for their notorious family member. With that, Cookie said, "Lyon Dynasty may be our company, but Empire is our family. And anybody that tries to steal that from us is our enemy."
However, Mimi will not be the only trouble they will be facing in the episode. Hakeem, played by Bryshere Y. Gray, is expected to face a surprise in the upcoming episode.
A past romance of Hakeem will be returning to the series, which will bring more unwarranted drama to his life. It was said that Camilla, played by Naomi Campbell, will be present once again in Hakeem's life. She was last seen in the previous season after Lucious told her to leave Hakeem alone.
This is expected to bring more tension between Hakeem and Laura, played by Jamila Velazquez. He will also have to deal with Anika, played by Grace Gealey, who is currently pregnant with his child. However, she had yet to tell the youngest Lyon about the news. Fans can expect that this will cause more issues in the episodes to come.
"Empire" season 2 episode 10 plays on FOX every Wednesday.
