Evelyn Lozada on Reality TV in September, Getting Life Together Amid Divorce (PHOTO)

Evelyn Lozada is getting her life together on national television following her recent divorce filing after just 40 days of marriage to Chad Johnson.

The Vh1 star will appear on Oprah Winfrey's OWN network in September around the same time that her and Johnson's reality TV show "Ev & Ocho" would have been on the air. Although she will not be starring in her very own reality show, viewers will reportedly still get an in-depth look into her life after her recent struggles.

"Hey Everyone! I'm with Iyanla and can't wait for you guys to see me on her show 'Iyanla Fix My Life' on OWN – Oprah Winfrey Network in September. I will keep you guys informed of the actual air date. Right now, I'm in my ZEN moment with Iyanla. Check out the pics below," Lozada posted on her website.

On Aug. 14, Lozada, 37, filed for divorce from Johnson following a domestic violence incident that reportedly left her with a large gash on her forehead along with emotional scars after being physically assaulted by Johnson, 34.

Lozada confronted Johnson about a receipt for condoms that she found, which is reportedly when violence ensued, according to Davie Police Department Capt. Dale Engle.

"It gets pretty heated," Engle told The Sun Sentinel. "By the time they get home here in Davie it's pretty heated. She alleges he leaned over and head butted her. He says she leaned towards him and that they butted heads. Needless to say, she has a good laceration on her forehead."

Lozada was treated at the scene before being transported to a nearby hospital, where she was treated for her injuries. Johnson was arrested and spent the night at Broward County jail before posting the $2,500 bail the following day.

The mother of one has teamed up with self-help guru Iyanla Vanzant, who is presumably helping Lozada overcome her recent suffering; Lozada lost her brother-in-law to cancer in the midst of her divorce drama.

Lozada is expected to appear on Season 4 of Vh1's "Basketball Wives," and in the meantime fans can get a glimpse of their idol on OWN's fall premiere of "Iyanla Fix My Life."
