This is why many try to set their schedules right to make sure they do not miss anything crucial especially on workdays. Here is a weekday TV show guide according to TVLine.
Mondays are quite hectic, not only for work but also for shows since starting at 8 p.m., a battle ensues, between "Gotham" (Fox), "The Voice" (NBC), "The Big Bang Theory" (CBS), followed by "Supergirl" (CBS) at 8:30 p.m. The CW recently joined the mayhem when it placed its new show "Crazy Ex-Girlfriend" in this premiere time slot.
TV also proves that Tuesday can be exciting, too, especially with the incredible lineup of shows that audiences will have a difficult time choosing from. "NCIS" (CBS) has a lot of competition with "The Voice" (NBC) and the much-awaited "The Flash" (The CW), "Fresh off the Boat" (ABC) also comes in later at 8:30 p.m.. For the 9 p.m. spot, the fight is among Marvel's "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D (ABC)," "Scream Queens" (Fox), and "iZombie" (The CW).
Wednesdays are mostly dominated by The CW, with two long-running shows "Arrow" at 8 p.m. and "Supernatural" at 9 p.m. ABC also has a strong contender for the 9 p.m. spot with the sitcom "Modern Family," while the 10 p.m. slot is topped by "American Horror Story: Hotel" (FX).
For Thursday, "Grey's Anatomy" competes with "Bones" (Fox) and "The Vampire Diaries" (The CW) at 8 p.m., and recently by "Heroes Reborn" (NBC) as well. At 9 p.m., it becomes a fight among "The Originals" (The CW), "Scandal" (ABS), and "Sleepy Hollow" (Fox). "How to Get Away With Murder" (ABC) dominates the 10 p.m. slot.
Finally, Fridays are a bit of slow days for drama with only "Reign" (The CW) showing at 8 p.m., while sitcoms go one after the other with "Dr. Ken" (ABC) and "Truth Be Told" (NBC) at 8:30 p.m. "Grimm" (NBC) goes against "Undateable" for the 9 p.m. slot.
