'Fargo' Season 2 Episode 3 Spoilers: The Gerhardt Family Begins Search For Rye; Lou Goes To Fargo

Episode 2 of FX's hit dark comedy-crime drama TV series "Fargo" Season 2 ended with each of the story arcs about to blow out in terms of intensity, suspense, and thrill factor.

Driven to clean up his wife's and his unintentional crime, Ed Blumquist (Jesse Plemons) decided to do an unimaginable thing – put the dead body of Rye Gerhardt (Kieran Culkin) into a meat grinder. Viewers were likely holding on to the edges of their seats when he was almost busted by Officer Solverson (Patrick Wilson) who decided to stop by the meat shop to buy some bacon.

Ed's wife, Peggy (Kirsten Dunst), on the other hand, appears to be agitated and tense all day long. Even her boss at the salon, who offered to drive her home, was baffled with the blonde's actions. On the side of things, it was also discovered that Peggy has kleptomania, which her lesbian boss took notice and planned to take advantage of.

A new development at the Waffle Hut crime scene has also occurred. Thanks to the keen eyes of Lou Solverson's wife, they found the gun that Rye used on the night of his killing spree. There's also, what seems to be, a deflated balloon with the words that read – "Get Well Soon."

In the side of the Gerhardt's, Floyd's son attempted to impose his legacy as the new leader of the family. However, Jean Smart's character reiterated that it is not yet time to make such a move given the situation that there are people from Kansas City who seemed to be interested in taking over their failing business.

But despite the pressing issue, the matriarch opted to make the search for Rye a priority as what the synopsis posted on The Futon Critic said.

Meanwhile, the new episode titled "The Myth of Sisyphus" indicates that Lou will take a trip to Fargo. Peggy, on her part, will begin to hear new theories about the Waffle Hut shooting incident.

"Fargo" Season 2 airs Monday at 10 p.m. on FX.
