'Final Fantasy 15' Rumors: PC Version of the RPG Could Be in the Works

Possible improvements that could be included in a PC version of 'Final Fantasy 15' also teased

"Final Fantasy 15" being available currently only for the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One has seemed like somewhat of a missed opportunity given how many gamers on PC have also expressed a desire to see this game released for their preferred platform, and developers may already be doing something about that.

Just recently, director Hajime Tabata stopped by the Game Developers Conference to show off some new "tech tests" that just so happened to feature some familiar faces from the aforementioned role-playing game, PCGamesN reported.

That's not all, however, as Tabata was also asked if the demonstration meant that the RPG would soon be released for the PC too. Unsurprisingly, Tabata did not provide a clear answer, though his response of "no comment" that reportedly came with a smile is telling.

At this point, it just seems as though releasing "Final Fantasy 15" for the PC is the sensible move for the developers to make, and that's not just because there are more gamers that can be catered to if that happens, but also because doing so could result in the creation of an even better version of the RPG.

As is also noted in the report, the "tech tests" served to point out just how beautiful a PC version of this game could be, and on top of that, the PC platform may also be able to support some new features.

Speaking previously to Famitsu, Tabata also shared his thoughts regarding what a PC port of the game could be like. According to the translation of the interview provided by Gematsu, Tabata even talked about how developing this game for the PC could open the door for the introduction of features such as mods and customizable quests.

Though there is still no PC version of "Final Fantasy 15" officially set to be released just yet, there are seemingly more than enough reasons for why this could be a good move for both the gamers and the developers.
