'Final Fantasy 7 Remake' Rumors: Director Tetsuya Nomura May Be Sharing New Details About the Eagerly Anticipated Game Soon
Details about the remake have been hard to come by in recent months
The "Final Fantasy 7 Remake" remains as one of Square Enix's most highly anticipated titles of the moment, and yet hardly anything has been revealed about it for quite a while now.
Developers are not exactly required to provide regular updates about the titles they are working on, but fans would probably appreciate it more if at least a few new details were shared every now and then.
There may be some good news on that front with regards to the remake though, as director Tetsuya Nomura may have something up his sleeve.
Speaking recently to Famitsu, Nomura teased that he had many things in store for fans and urged them to stay tuned, DualShockers reported.
Now, it is worth noting that Nomura did not say that the things he referred to were related to the "Final Fantasy 7 Remake." It is possible that he may also be teasing that new details will be shared about "Kingdom Hearts 3," another game he is working on.
Still, given how long the wait for the remake has been already and how infrequently new details have been shared, it would seem like the time is right to at least give the fans something more to sink their teeth into.
The last time that important details about the remake were shared, it was revealed that a big change in the development process was being adopted.
During an earlier interview with Famitsu, Nomura confirmed that the development of the remake was now being done in-house, moving away from the previous style that involved external cooperation, Gematsu reported.
It is still unclear how that change has affected the development of the game, so fans are watching out for any new details regarding that matter as well.
More news about the "Final Fantasy 7 Remake" should be made available in the near future.
