'Finding Carter' Season 2 spoilers: Gabe has feelings for Taylor, Ben's identity revealed
It has been an explosive season for the show "Finding Carter" and a lot more is still going to be unveiled once the teen drama series returns for the second half of season two. For starters, newcomer Ben Wallace (Ben Winchell) is going to be given a deeper introduction into the show as he steps into the lives of the Wilson-Stevens family.
It can be remembered from the last season that Ben claimed at the courtroom that he is a biological son of Lori Stevens (Milena Govich) and David Wilson (Alexis Denisof). The shocking news really shook up the already complicated life of Carter (Kathryn Prescott) and her family as they have just gotten themselves a new sibling. By the looks of it, one thing is for sure—there's going to be more drama involved in the upcoming episodes.
Since no further details have been revealed yet on who Ben really is, MTV conducted an interview with actor Winchell to talk a little bit about his character. In the video, he said that Ben had a very complicated life just like Carter. He grew up with a "troubled past" and "he's been in and out of foster homes his whole life." Aside from that, Winchell also revealed Ben's extra-curricular activities that makes him a shady and untrustworthy person.
"Ben makes money very creatively, and his shady deals may or may not backfire on him this season," he says. "You never really know what his true intentions are, so he's always going to keep you guessing."
In the released trailer for season two, it showed Carter reprimanding Ben for stealing from his father, to which he only replied with a "screw you." Looks like the new kid in the block is a lot of trouble. Meanwhile, Yibada reported that Gabe (Jesse Henderson) is going to convince himself that he loves Taylor (Anna Jacoby-Heron). But things won't go easy as Taylor may not have the same feelings for him. Gabe will also continue to struggle with his father's death and Taylor will need to deal with her relationships in life.
"Finding Carter" will return to MTV for the second half of Season 2 on Oct. 6.
