The Japanese culinary anime series, "Shokugeki no Soma: San no Sara (Food Wars! The Third Plate)" premieres this week, and Crunchyroll has released a new promotional video featuring the third season's opening theme.

Yukihira Soma has been polishing the cooking skills he has gradually improved through various culinary battles. He has been doing this while also helping at his family's diner. Life is simple, and Soma is following a smooth routine until one day, he gets a chance to enter the prestigious cooking school known as the Totsuki Teahouse Culinary Academy.

In here, Soma will be meeting various other chefs, who are just as determined as him to achieve culinary excellence. Meeting these people has helped Soma grow both as a person and as a cook able to face any challenge with a confident and determined spirit.

Now, as the second season opens, Soma will come face to face with the so-called Totsuki Elite Ten at the upcoming Totsuki school festival known as the Moon Festival. This particular event is said to attract 500,000 competitors every year. Could Soma be facing his toughest challenge and rivals yet? Will he be able to rise above every challenge that comes his way, or will end up bending and folding when the challenges get too tough for him to pull through?

The trailer also features the new opening theme titled "BRAVER," which is performed by singer/songwriter ZAQ.

On the other hand, the ending theme will be performed by nanoRIPE.
