Former 'America's Next Top Model' Winner Married Over Weekend
She won "America's Next Top Model: All Stars" and the heart of Adam Friedman, and now Lisa D'Amato is a married woman. The two were married over the weekend at a private ceremony in Hollywood Hills, which is something she thought would never happen.
"I never believed in marriage. Today went far and beyond my expectations of what love and life can bring," D'Amato told Us Weekly. "Today was wickedly magical! I'm overjoyed and blessed to find my soul mate and have a celebration that includes our close friends and family."
The model first competed on "America's Next Top Model" in 2005 but lost out to 19-year-old Nicole Linkletter. D'Amato was later brought back as a part of an "All-Star" cast that included former runner-up Allison Harvard. D'Amato managed to edge out the other contestants, anger a few with her outgoing personality, and take the top honors.

Since then, she has had a whirlwind career, with modeling and television appearances. D'Amato has been featured in several Old Navy commercials as well as a photo spread in Vogue Italia, which has had a deal with "ANTM" for a few years.
"ANTM" has been on the air since 2003 and is one of the most popular reality-competition shows on TV. Instead of having "seasons," the show goes by "cycles" and is produced, run by, and judged by Tyra Banks.
The show is currently in Cycle 19, which feature college girls instead of the older competitors. Throughout the various seasons, Banks has made sure to introduce new audiences, such as shorter models as well as a competition between British and American hopefuls.
Most recently, the show underwent major changes when the three original judges were let go and replaced with an all-new panel. Banks never explained the reason for the overhaul, but fans were outraged and have had trouble accepting the new judges.
